I write and facilitate from a foundation of creative authenticity and liberatory embodiment. My work draws on 10+ years of clinical acupuncture, Daoist alchemy, Japanese meridian therapy, Human Design, cultural anthropology, and the lived experience as someone who has overcome narcissistic abuse and intergenerational trauma.

I’m here to help you explore how we may bridge the gap between personal purpose and systemic transformation.

For creatives, activists, and all who dare to build a sovereign life in a culture that worships the pace and principles of collective destruction.

An Unapologetically Raw Journey

My practice is fueled by a quiet ambition for progress, forged from a perspective once shaped by violence and neglect. From years of navigating chronic mental health struggles, addiction, and C-PTSD, I know the particular grief of departing from tribal belonging — the disorienting work of leaving the systems that shaped you and the gradual discovery of who you actually are when you let go of living to others’ expectations. I deeply empathize with those who live at the intersection of the immigrant or refugee experience and queer identity.

My work is to remind you that your shadows are opportunities to discover your inner strength and realign with your most authentic self.

Authentic expression requires liberatory embodiment. The body is the site where one’s purpose can be carried forth into the world and is the key to both individual liberation and collective resilience.

Liberatory embodiment is an ongoing practice of returning to the self in accordance with nature. When we align with ourselves as inseparable from the creative impulse of the natural world and stop performing versions of ourselves meant to prop up systems that were never designed for our interests, we can transition away from extraction and towards regeneration. We develop as a liberatory presence in our own lives and in the lives of those around us. These are the main principles behind "Earth-Based Soul Medicine," an interdisciplinary approach to healing and transformation.

Earth-Based Soul Medicine is a healing framework and a path into a new paradigm, prioritizing ways of living that the earth and your body can sustain. Slowness, reciprocity, and the feminine are not merely soft alternatives to the paradigm of extraction, but are the natural course of correction. Whether through facilitation or writing, I offer gentle reminders of the truths intended to bring us back to wholeness. Together, we prepare for the environmental and cultural shifts of our lifetime, facing the changes ahead as the most authentic and resilient versions of ourselves.
